Pogo Pulse is a 45 minute H.I.I.T. fitness class

What are some key concepts?

  • Anti-gravity exercises always features
  • A variety of quadricep contraction lengths are always featured eg. short & long

Every session features the 10 principles of:

  • concentration
  • resistance
  • anti-gravity
  • balance
  • flexibility
  • cardio
  • restricted vision
  • agility
  • body weight
  • core

  • Anti gravity training through the use of a fitness pogostick
  • All body work out
  • Enhances skills and fitness (Coordination actvities)
  • H.I.I.T class using unique equipment

How long is a class?

  • 45 minutes (includes a structured warm up and cool down)

How many participants in a class?

Class size is determined on exercise space available.

Class participants require a minimum safe jumping space (SJS) of 2.25 square metres 1.5x 1.5m per individual. Irrespective of the ability of your participants, this is an ideal minimum space recommendation.
